All sales are final. Due to food safety issues, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged by mail carrier neglect, we unfortunately cannot refund your order. We seek to offer the highest quality products. If your item is defective, please e-mail Info@peakbakery.com and we will quickly remedy the issue.
Subscription Box Policy: Month to month boxes can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel after you’ve already been charged for the month, you will not be refunded for that month, and you WILL still receive a box the next month. Any further boxes or charges will not be active thereon. If you purchased the yearly option (when it was available) and wish to not receive boxes anymore, you can cancel within your subscription settings, but will not be refunded for the initial payment. We do not refund payments on the yearly box, regardless of whether or not it was cancelled, since the total payment was charged up front for 5% off.
We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of receiving an order confirmation, please email Info@peakbakery.com and submit your request. We will do our best to assist you with your request, however there is no guarantee an accommodation can be made. After 2 hours from receiving your order confirmation, this option will no longer be available and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Disclaimer: Please be careful when distributing these items to kids. Some of our products contain small, round, pieces that present choking hazards to small children. Please keep your jars stored high, safe, and away from babies and toddlers.
